At the end of the OPE4 period, the LFM of the project was revised. The results levels were crosscut to present the linkages of the different components and to measure benefit of each component to one another. This approach was in line with findings and recommendations of the Mid-Term Review (MTR) and a ROM mission. The results were narrowed down to three main results to encompass the aspects of economic and social development. The three results and the achievements against the specific indicators are shown below. Those results can be evaluated being efficient as most of expected targets have been achieved according to the plan and within the allocated budgets.
